Kaleidoscope provides direct support for the following software products:
- SDL Trados (desktop and server)
- SDL MultiTerm (desktop and server)
- SDL WorldServer
- All Kaleidoscope tools (smartQuery, globalReview, quickTerm, checkTerm, expertTools)
For the products supplied by our other partners, we negotiate direct support and maintenance contracts with the manufacturers on your behalf. In this case, support queries will be resolved directly with the manufacturer, but we remain your first point of contact for sales-related questions and customer service! We have support contracts of our own with the manufacturers (SDL) so we can immediately access their expertise to resolve third-level support issues. This gives our customers the best possible combination of competence, individualized support, and personal service.
