We provide our customers with comprehensive, in-house technical support for all SDL Trados products and of course for Kaleidoscope’s proprietary products.
In order to support the products from our other partners, we negotiate direct support and maintenance contracts with the manufacturers on your behalf. In these cases, support questions are resolved with the manufacturer, but we remain your number-one contact for sales-related questions and customer service!
