Even while we're still in the proposal phase, we will work together with you to create a training plan. For example, we may jointly decide to hold several training events with smaller groups, or follow a "train the trainer" approach.

Training is generally held on-site at your location. Our training programs are designed to be hands-on, so each participant requires a PC with the relevant software. In most cases we work with a maximum of six people in each group.

An effective training program also contains one day for a debriefing, resolution of any unanswered questions, and general feedback on “how tos” to ensure that the users know the most effective way to complete their tasks.

Training the system administrator is an important aspect of the training program. This person will be responsible for creating databases, managing users, and modifying configurations. For this reason, each project must have an administrator or project manager with administrator rights who has been trained and is capable of performing these responsibilities.
